Treks range from short programs passing through villages, picturesque forests, meadows and streams such as the ‘Bumthang Cultural Trek’ to short, low altitude programs with easy walking such as the popular ‘Druk Path Trek’, and on to more difficult and arduous physical challenges, such as the infamous ‘Snowman Trek’. You will be accompanied by a local trekking guide, cook, camp hand and horsemen who look after the yaks and ponies that transport your luggage and camping gear. The crew take care of all the camp chores and the cook will provide you with delicious, wholesome food. The best months for trekking are March to May and September to November.
